The Board of Directors approves the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Group as of December 31, 2024.

Messina (ME), 28 March 2025 – The Board of Directors of Misitano & Stracuzzi SpA, one of the main Italian business-to-business (B2B) operators active internationally in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essences mainly of natural origin and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juices (“M&S” or the “Company”), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, met today and approved the draft financial statements and the consolidated financial statements of the Group as of 31 December 2024.
