Approval of the 2026 Financial Calendar
Messina (ME), January 22, 2026 – Misitano & Stracuzzi SpA, one of the leading Italian business-to-business (B2B) operators active internationally in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essences, mainly of natural origin, and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juices, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, pursuant to art. 17 of the Issuers' Regulation. Euronext Growth Milan announces its "Financial Calendar" for the 2026 financial year, approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting today.
March 31, 2026: Board of Directors meeting to approve the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements of the Group as of December 31, 2025
April 30, 2026: Shareholders' meeting to approve the financial statements and present the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025.
September 21, 2026: Board of Directors meeting to approve the Group's consolidated half-year financial statements as of June 30, 2026, voluntarily subjected to a limited audit.
