Messina (ME) Italy, 30 September 2025 – Misitano & Stracuzzi SpA, one of the main Italian business-to-business (B2B) operators active internationally in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essences mainly of natural origin and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juices (“M&S” or the “Company”), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces that it will participate in the Le Eccellenze del Made in Italy conference, organized by Intermonte on Wednesday 1 October 2025 at The Westin Palace in Milan (Piazza della Repubblica 20).
The Board of Directors approves the consolidated half-year results as of June 30, 2025. Revenues amount to €41 million, up 13.51% compared to the first half of 2024.

A financing agreement has been signed with Banca MPS for a total of Euro 15 million.

The event took place in the evening of December 10th in Milan, at the Italian Stock Exchange headquarters.
