Preview of the M&S Innovation Center in Pace del Mela (Messina)

Messina (ME), 04 June 2025 – Misitano & Stracuzzi SpA, one of the main Italian business-to-business (B2B) operators active internationally in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essences mainly of natural origin and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juices (“M&S” or the “Company”), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana SpA, announces the preview presentation of the first of two plants under construction, in Pace del Mela (Messina) of 11,990 square meters and with a covered area of 4,390 square meters.
